Free plan: limits reset each India calendar month. Paid monthly: limits follow your billing period until the renewal date on your subscription card. Pay securely with Razorpay — your plan activates as soon as payment succeeds.

Billing, refunds & cancellation

Cancellation. You can turn off auto-renew or cancel from the green Your subscription card higher on this page. You keep full paid access until the end of the period you already paid for, then your account moves to the Free plan (2 analyses/month).

Refunds. Subscription and top-up payments are non-refundable once charged, except where applicable law requires otherwise. If you were charged in error, email admin@vovix.in with your Razorpay payment ID.

Receipts. Payment confirmations are emailed after successful checkout.

Frequently asked questions

Each new analysis run for a stock counts as one use. Opening a completed report again (e.g. via Replay on Tasks) does not use another credit. Limits reset each calendar month; unused analyses do not roll over.

You can start a new subscription or switch billing period (e.g. monthly to yearly) from this page; the app blocks duplicate checkout for the same plan and period. Proration rules follow Razorpay and our backend at payment time—if something looks wrong after payment, email admin@vovix.in.

Use Cancel subscription in the green subscription card above (when logged in). You remain on your paid plan until the paid period ends, then you automatically move to Free. There is no separate “downgrade” button that removes access immediately.

On Basic and above you can buy 5 extra analyses for ₹29 or 10 for ₹49 for the current calendar month only. Ten-pack is slightly better per analysis than five.
