Common questions
Sign in, open Stock analysis (or the analysis form from the home page), enter an NSE/BSE company name or symbol, and submit. A new run uses one analysis credit from your monthly plan. Typical completion is within a few minutes; track progress on Tasks.
Each new analysis you start counts as one use. Opening a completed report again via Replay on Tasks does not use another credit. Limits reset each calendar month; unused analyses do not roll over. You can buy top-ups from Pricing on paid plans.
Go to Pricing, choose a plan, and pay securely via Razorpay. You can turn auto-renew on or off and cancel from the same page; paid access continues until the end of the period you already paid for.
Wait a few minutes, then hard-refresh the page. Check Tasks for status. If it stays stuck for a long time, email admin@vovix.in with the symbol and approximate start time.
Billing and refunds follow our Terms of Use and the policy stated at purchase. For case-by-case help (payment issues, disputes), email admin@vovix.in with your registered email and order details.
There is no self-serve delete in the app yet. Email admin@vovix.in from your registered address with “Account deletion” in the subject. See Privacy for how we handle personal data.

Open Tasks from the nav or your dashboard. You’ll see in-progress and completed analyses; completed ones can be replayed without spending another credit.
